"Small Victories, Braverman"

One of my favorite Parenthood episodes from this last season was called "Small Victories, Braverman."
"Braverman" being their last name.
"Small victories" being their daily triumphs with their child with Asperger syndrome.

This weekend and past Holy Week, I've been reminded of this episode and especially its title.
On Sunday, the world celebrated Jesus' resurrection.
The ultimate victory.
Death literally found it impossible to hold Him down: Acts 2:24.

Let's remember this victory every day!
But also, please remember that Jesus is alive and well in your life right now and He wants you to celebrate the small victories as well.
Whether it be a great cup of coffee, a beautiful sunrise, a new comfy sweater, or figuring out a issue at work...

Celebrate those small victories, friends.
They'll keep you going when everything else seems so dim.

Small victories, friends.
