Pilates, anyone?

Have you tried Pilates yet?
It's not a new workout style, just new to me within the past year. 

If you're a walker/jogger/runner, this is the perfect accompanying workout.
Stretch those legs, clear that head, strengthen that core.
The little boost of energy and happiness at the end of each workout is simply rewarding.

My favorite Pilates instructor is Mari Windsor with Gaiam.
Her videos are gentle ("Don't forget to smile!"), but still firm ("Where is your good posture?").

So grab your Pilates mat, visit Gaiam for wellness ideas, and get your Pilates on!
